Responsibilities:

● Prospect, generate leads, and convert them into clients to meet or exceed sales goals
● Conduct property showings, open houses, and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
● Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
● Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and industry best practices
● Utilize our comprehensive systems and tools to manage leads, transactions, and client communication
● Continuously enhance your skills through coaching, training, and participating in mastermind groups

Requirements:

● Active real estate license in California
● Proven track record of success as a real estate agent with at least 1 year of experience
● Strong knowledge of local real estate market conditions, trends, and pricing strategies
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a high level of professionalism
● Proficiency in using real estate CRM systems and other relevant software tools
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
