A local Farmers Insurance Agency in Granada Hills is actively looking. Our office is quickly growing and we need someone to add to our amazing customer service team! Experience in the insurance industry is a must. The position offered is Full Time. Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in.

Responsibilities
- Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Claims follow up calls.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personalgoals.
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Requirements
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- A firm understanding of personal lines insurance
- Property and Casualty Licensed required
- Life, Accident and Health Licensed preferred
