Responsibilities
- With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be educating & advising clients on the best coverages for their unique needs, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining client retention.
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes, shop for renewals, and assist clients with policy changes.
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in cross-selling, rounding out client accounts, and obtaining referrals.
- With your keen attention to detail, youll be taking payments, updating client information, and issuing insurance documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of Agency Management Experience is Required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive attitude and professional office etiquette.
- A team player who is detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize.
- Basic computer software knowledge including experience with Agency Management Systems.
- Must be a self-starter with the desire to succeed.
