We are currently looking for a Kitchen Manager / Chef who is passionate about FOOD, loves people, executes brand standards, and enjoys making money!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Chef / Kitchen Manager position is responsible for providing uncompromised food quality and excellence at all times.
  • Focused on great food quality, Guest Service, and taking great care of our Team Members.
  • The Kitchen Manager/ Chef demonstrates a consistent track record of positive business results.
  • Upholds all company policies, procedures and standards through their management team and team members.
  • Responsible for formulating plans to meet sales and profitability targets, deploy new initiatives and develop their team.
  • Role Model of the Brand and executes the core values and company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years Kitchen Manager or Chef experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment. Salary DOE
  • Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, food safety, and service techniques
  • Strong understanding of cost and labor systems that lead to restaurant profitability.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills combined with advanced computer and math skills.
  • Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
