Global Forwarding Enterprises, a leading Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company located in Central, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and achieving individual sales targets across all lines of business. You will use your inside sales expertise to generate leads through warm calling, networking, and referrals. You will also need to provide activity reports on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• Grow revenue and relationships with existing customer base
• Generate new clients through warm calling, emailing, networking, and referrals.
• Warm calling and/or door knocking
• Coordinate transportation freight with operations team
• Coordinate on scheduled pick-up and delivery appointment times
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and close contact with customers
• Communicate customer problems to management
• Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals, and closes
• Provide activity reports of your sales efforts on a regular basis

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of LTL/TL experience
• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and superior phone etiquette
• Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word)
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Compensation: This full-time position offers a competitive base salary plus commission with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, professional development assistance, and a referral program. The starting salary range is $50,000 to $75,000 per year.

Work Schedule: This position requires a full-time commitment, including an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, during day hours.

Location: This position is based at our headquarters in Manalapan, NJ. Reliable commuting or the ability to relocate before starting work is preferred.

Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
