We are looking for a Real Estate Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience in the real estate industry. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, scheduling showings, preparing documents for closing, and providing general administrative support. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the real estate team.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including document preperation, calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to real estate transactions.
  • Communicate with clients, agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and handle sensitive documents and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, such as emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate property showings and inspections.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements.
  • Maintain property management databases and records.
  • Assist in the coordination of property acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and coordinate property maintenance requests.
  • Assist with the coordination of property marketing and advertising efforts.
  • Support the development and implementation of property management strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements.
  • Maintain property management databases and records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and industry-specific software is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
