Executive Assistant to Operations
Job description
Integritus Healthcare is seeking an Executive Assistant to Operations who will provide confidential high-level administrative support to Operations. Integritus is a mission-driven, not-for-profit, consumer-centered organization committed to meeting the health care and residential needs of the population in the communities it serves headquartered in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
This highly organized, detail-driven candidate will frequently and independently manage a wide variety of situations and conflicts that come with supporting an operations team, at an executive level. This role plays an integral part in the development, implementation, and reporting of strategic initiatives. In this position, the ideal candidate maintains a high degree of confidentiality and is entrusted with high level communications, decision making and confidence. The role requires strong administrative, communication and organizational skills. In addition, be proactive, collaborative and flexible, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Must be a self-motivator, able to work without direct supervision. Proficient in typing and various software programs. Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, exercising comfort when dealing with Board of Trustees, health systems management, business leaders, customers, staff and the general public. Organizational skills, ability to prioritize. Adapt well to stressful situations and deadlines.

Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
5-10 years’ experience of senior level administrative experience
5 years’ experience with various software (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point)
