We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and creative Jr. Administrative Associate (Jr. Chief-Of-Staff) to help work with our CEO and our investors.

Administrative Associate, Full-time position
Location: Bowling Green KY, Nashville TN OR Princeton NJ
Key Job Responsibilities
- Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
- Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork
- Work with investors and manage relations while ensuring the transparent flow of information from investments to investors
- Help manage business relationships and be the bridge between investment and operations team
- Support management with data, presentations and appropriate market research to formulate investment strategy
- Engage investors and ensure solid communications through various channels.
- Travel within the United States (& maybe to Canada/UK) as necessary.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business OR Marketing OR Engineering
- At least 2+ years of experience in communications/presentations in professional setting
- At least 2 year of experience in Administrative Management
- Strong communication – both written and oral with strong listening skill
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Understanding of the Private Equity investing and investor relations, and communications
- Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Social media, and other office productivity tools
