We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our high performing Real Estate Team. You will provide high level administrative, operational, personal and marketing support to the team. Flexible, focused, energetic and driven, we are looking for someone who is hungry to achieve their personal and professional goals. Being organized and having meticulous attention to detail is extremely important. You must be able to pivot between competing priorities and constantly think of ways to streamline the workflow and efficiencies of the team. Must be technologically savvy. Exceptional communication skills, specifically verbal and written etiquette are necessary.

The ideal candidate will have thick skin, work under pressure with grace, and will love working with a variety of personalities and will win over the difficult personalities easily. This position is not a typical 9-5 role. Hours may be long and varied. Some weekends and evenings required.

Primary ObjectivesWhat are the major objectives or outcomes to be accomplished by the person in this job?

● Turn all clients into raving fans

● Catch and coordinate all the details

● Find solutions on behalf of the Agents

● Allow Agents to work on their 20%

● Support the Agents in both the operations and sales capacity of taking listings and supporting clients

● Assist with in office and out of office tasks and sometimes personal tasks. (negotiate a deal, attend an inspection, put up sign, grab coffee or lunch, return a package, etc)

●Support the team in achieving greater and greater levels of success, while growing your own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team.

●Take the lead in building or editing and coordinating all processes from pre-appointment to close building and implementing systems

● Main point of contact handling the coordination of listings and transactions

● Be the first point of contact in handling client inquiries or objections

● Keep the agents informed regarding any issues or concerns that need to be addressed and finding solutions to any such issues

● Foster client loyalty/referrals through high-quality interactions at each step.

● Manage the lead agent’s daily agenda for maximum efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year + Bonus

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
  • Evening Availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Orange County, NY: Reliable transportation required: Must be Licensed Driver

Work Location: In The Office: Middletown, NY – traveling to various locations around Orange, Sullivan & Ulster County as needed.

Requirements:

Must hold NYS Real Estate License
