What we are hiring for:

This is a hybrid position of Executive Assistant and Office Manager will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the office as well as will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other senior staff.

Who we are looking for:

An excellent multitasker and meticulous assistant that will be able to help keep the executive staff on task and manage their day-to-day. A creative problem solver, with an outgoing personality who has tech savvy.

You would excel in this position if you possessed these skills:

  • Provides high-level administrative and clerical support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, providing detailed notes.
  • Answers phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, inventory of office supplies and ordering supplies.
  • Facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new software.
  • Absolutely impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

You’ll have this kind of background:

  • Associate’s degree in business administration; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required; manufacturing industry preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
