Job description
Our client a prestigious financial services company located in Greenwich, CT is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a team of people supporting the IR and Marketing teams. This is a hybrid position offering a base salary of $100,000 plus a bonus and paid overtime.
- Heavy internal and external meeting scheduling
- Responsible for tracking investor calls, meetings, and investor inbox
- Preparing meeting materials
- Travel arrangements
- Assist with planning events
- Preparing expense reports for the department
- Assistance with ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of solid administrative experience including at least 2 years of C-Level support
- BA/BS preferred with solid academic performance
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
