The Founder and CEO of a well-funded and rapidly growing biotechnology company in Raleigh/Durham is seeking a dynamic and mission driven Executive Administrator to join the leadership team. This is a highly strategic and facilitative support role that requires a combination of focus, intuitiveness, creativity, and flexibility.

The Executive Administrator role is critically important and will enable the CEO to work most effectively with the shareholders, employees, and Board of Directors. The primary responsibilities include preparing and monitoring critical communications on behalf of the CEO, performing administrative functions, ensuring that the CEO's time is leveraged most effectively, and providing business operations leadership.

Qualified candidates need a Bachelors' degree, 5 to 10 years of related work experience is preferred in a role focused on communications, or business operations, ability to travel up to 25% annually and be passionate about joining a team of professionals committed to making a difference in the world by developing smart solutions to improve the world's food supply.
