The Executive Assistant role will support the Risk & Compliance Chief Financial Officer organization and global teams responsible for Risk & Compliance Finance & Business Management, Risk Projects and Intelligent Solutions and Risk Governance and Executive Content development.

The role requires a strong depth of JPMC institutional knowledge, proven ability to navigate the firm fluidly, basic project management skills, strong interpersonal, communication and influence skills. The individual should have a strong reputation for a high degree of collaboration with colleagues including working with colleagues to provide essential support across the broader Risk & Compliance Chief Financial Offer leadership team as needed.

You, as an executive administrative assistant, will have proven experience proactively supporting senior leaders, tracking deliverables, priorities and essential follow up on their behalf. You are required to have exceptional travel planning, meticulous calendar management, and organizational skills. You need to be highly resilient and adaptable to constantly changing business priorities.

Strong judgement, discretion and sound decision making, are also paramount. You must diplomatically represent the senior leader at all levels of the corporate hierarchy. Superior interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Effectively prioritize the commitments of and manage the calendar for Risk Management & Compliance Chief Financial Officer senior management including coordinating with a matrix of administrative colleagues to schedule meetings, calls, events, and other activities
  • Deliver seamless engagement experiences by managing meeting logistics, including preparation, distribution, and/or printing of materials, maintenance of calendar invites and RSVPs, greeting guests, and preparing technology (video conferencing, collaboration tools, etc.) in advance
  • Plan for and execute executive travel arrangements, including international and domestic itineraries, bookings, and briefing materials preparation
  • Support ad-hoc needs across multiple locations such as ordering office supplies, supporting and arranging team events, and coordinating real estate moves.
  • Provide backup coverage as needed for administrative assistants within the Risk & Compliance Chief Financial Offer o rganization.
  • Ability to work an in-office (5 days a week) schedule supporting senior leadership

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • 5+ years of senior level administrative support experience preferably in a large financial services organization
  • Very detail oriented with the ability to change gears quickly - a true multi-tasker who is also a problem solver with a "no job too small" attitude
  • Strong composure and executive presence; demonstrating an ability to remain collected in a stressful situations
  • A true partner, able to work as a team with Operating Committee and Operating Committee-1 Executive Assistants
  • Exceptional calendar management skills with ability to anticipate, recognize and guide resolution (e.g., noticing senior executives have too many back-to-back - from our team meetings and notify colleague EAs to make changes)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); experience with other workplace software (Concur, etc.) a plus
  • Understanding of and ability to navigate a global organizational structure
