Compensation:

The compensation for this full-time position in the US is $24.00 - $30.00 Per Hour + discretionary bonus. The range may vary based on factors such as location, job-related skills, experience, and education. Benefits are available to all full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week. Please note that the compensation information listed in job postings only includes the base salary, and does not include bonuses or benefits.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Executive Administrative Assistant, providing administrative support to three executives and the Club Division. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease. The Executive Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and supporting the success of the Club Division.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to three executives, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations for the executives
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and events as required
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming email, correspondence, and requests for the executives
  • Conduct research, gather data, and provide recommendations on a wide range of topics
  • Manage the executives' schedules and ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Facilitate communication between the executives and other departments and stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the Club Division, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
  • Assist in preparing for meetings by packing and shipping materials, running errands as needed
  • Must be able to lift/carry 25-35 pounds, as required for preparation and execution of meetings and events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with scheduling and project management tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift/carry 25-35 pounds, as required
