Job description
As an Environmental Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure patient safety and customer satisfaction by providing timely and thorough cleaning services; keep clinical areas in an orderly, sanitary, and attractive condition.
- Cleans assigned areas using specified products and follows established procedures.
- Assigned to and completes daily removal of regular and bulk waste to the appropriate locations.
- Maintains height restrictions of trash in containers.
- Various routine housekeeping duties include, but are not limited to:
- Dry and damp mopping floors
- Vacuuming rugs and carpets
- Dusting and sanitizing surfaces
- Operates equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensures sufficient supplies and equipment in designated storage areas at the end of each shift, and notifies Supervisor when stock is needed to support the shift.
- Always maintains professional conduct.
- Provides outstanding customer service while interacting with patients, visitors, and staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
