We are a nationally recognized Janitorial and Facilities Maintenance company looking to add to our team in Tunica Resorts, MS!!!

The EVS Lead will be responsible for supervising the Public Area Attendants, and for the cleanliness of all areas within the casino & hotel (except kitchens and certain restaurants and bar areas)

Requirements:

• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• At least two (2) years previous experience in Housekeeping, EVS or similar environment.
• Experience managing a workforce of over 10 employees.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals used.
• Ability to understand process development.
• Excellent customer services skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Shift: Day shift (1 position open), Swing shift (1 position open) & Graveyard (1 position open) Weekends and Holidays (rotating)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
