Event Server Description
Major Function: The Event Server’s main responsibility is to set up assigned tables, retrieve and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, and food to guests according to event specifications and client requirements, in a courtesy and efficient manner. Maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and inventory

Maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and inventory
Specific Requirements:
- Manage the guest experience
- Ensure total guest satisfaction
- Responsible for overall cleanliness and sanitation
- Responsible for adhering to company policies and procedures
- Totally okay with working weekends, and late nights
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds- all of our team members help set up and tear down events.
Specific Duties:
- Maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for each event
- Greet guests and assist with seating at tables
- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all company policies and services procedures
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests- however busy you may be
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Handle guest complaints by following proper procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction -Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and all storage areas
- Remove all table linens, items, and equipment from the event space, as designated by the event lead and in accordance with company standards
- Serve all food and beverages to the guests in accordance with company policy and event requirements
