This is an on-site role for the Kansas City, MO region. The annual salary for this role is $45,000.
Job Summary :
In this role, you will report to the Resident Experience Manager and be responsible for planning and executing unique and engaging events to increase lease renewals, generate resident referrals from existing residents, and create a sense of community within Mac apartment buildings.
Plan, promote and deliver resident events monthly, working nights and weekends as necessary.- Oversee all functions of the event from start to finish.
- Create and deliver marketing materials to promote events on our website, resident app, digital bulletin boards, and posters.
- Track event attendance.
- Share event information with internal teams (e.g. monthly event communication to the leasing team, and event photos to the social media team).
- Community space programming
- Open and close amenity locations.
- Support resident activity in amenity locations throughout the day.
- Support marketing team/leasing agents
- Assist with Corporate/Student/Local Outreach. Identify organizations, establish & maintain relationships to generate leads.
- Curate moments at events to gather Google Reviews for each community.
- Take Matterport images of apartments for property websites as needed
Other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree.- One (1) year of related training or experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
- Exposure to graphic design and experience with Canva preferred. Photography is a bonus!
- Great attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
