- Must be proficient in Excel and Word.;
- Punctual, dependable, and able to complete work on schedule;
- Must be able to communicate well with customers;
- Must have Computer knowledge and be able to type;
- Microsoft Software
- Excel is a must;
- Good math skills;
- Good typing skills;
- 3-5 years of Customer Service Experience.
Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for generating roof proposals, emailing proposals, and speaking with homeowners.
- Collect different quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers;
- Review and assess cost estimates;
- Prepare detailed cost estimate reports.
