We are a visual communication disrupter providing products and services to help speak a company’s brand and vision! We are headquartered in Woodridge, IL and seeking an Estimator to join our dynamic Design team.

We are an aggressively growing company looking for candidates seeking long-term employment that will mature and develop with our business and who wants to be rewarded for their positive contribution.

The role will be responsible for estimating exhibit design projects large and small for a nationwide sales force and Work with other estimators/designers to provide accurate and fast quotations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Balance design integrity and intent within the parameters of the budget guidelines provided by the clients.
  • Ensure all projects are estimated according to company cost guidelines and procedures.
  • Focus on elements that present higher margin opportunities. i.e. Rental, Fabric and Graphics.
  • Maintain effective project/design estimates for customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Must guarantee the highest level of quality for work and have the ability to recognize, identify & problem solve.
  • Gather & analyze information and work well in group problem solving environment.
  • Create with Designers estimates/proposals for new exhibits and projects.
  • Operate effectively under time constraints and meet deadlines.
  • Manage your time according to budget/cost constraints and see projects through to a profitable completion with design.
  • Continue to keep abreast of and understand custom design/build estimating.
  • Be able to apply that knowledge in a profitable manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 yrs of background/experience in tradeshow exhibit design, industrial design, or architecture
  • CAD skills - Must have prior CAD experience and the ability to communicate 3D space, both on paper and digitally
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
  • Display good communications, both verbal and written
  • Must be a self-starter & team player with strong customer service skills.
  • Well-organized & detailed-oriented
  • B.A./B.S.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
