Currently, we're looking for a Senior Estimator who has experience with one or more of the following types of projects: commercial, light industrial, distribution, manufacturing, office etc.

What You Will Be Doing
Preparing budget estimates, bid estimates, bid packages, and all other activities involving estimating $500k-$50M Industrial/ Commercial projects
CONCEPTUAL estimating is the vast majority of work
Must be able to read and fully understand project drawings and specifications for all trades Architectural, MEP, Structural, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, etc.
Solicit and evaluate scope completeness of proposals from multiple trade subcontractors, and effectively communicate and negotiate with subcontractors
Identify and track changes to drawings through addendums, bulletins, and revisions, including follow-through with subcontractors
Produces accurate and thorough takeoffs, including pricing of work
Conducts post-bid and buyout meetings and negotiation/scope review meetings
Once construction documents are released, work with Architects, Owners, and Engineers to formulate accurate and complete budgets
Facilitate and manage meetings with Owners on conceptual design/build projects
Create project estimates from analysis of subcontractor and supplier bids
Manage document control from inception through schematic design, design development to construction documents, and subcontractor buyout
Attend job site walk-throughs and effectively communicate and coordinate with project superintendents and subs

What You Need for this Position
6+ years within commercial/industrial construction for Estimator level
15+ years for Senior Estimator level
CONCEPTUAL ESTIMATING IS A MUST
Blend of GC and CM experience is a plus
Experienced with managing multiple projects: ground up and renovation
Programs: On-Screen Takeoff, AutoCAD Review, MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam
15+ years for Senior Estimator level
