Roofing Estimator / Project Manager

$85,000 - $150,000+ depending upon knowledge and experience

Responsibilities:

· Deliver a high level of customer service in line with our core values

· Generate leads on a variety of current and future construction projects

· Proactively meet with current and new/potential customers

· Prepare and submit bids, processing submittals, contracts and change orders

· Performing take-offs and interpreting plans

· Prepare bids and submitting proposals for projects

· Secure project bids and review contracts

· Project manage jobs awarded, Job cost tracking

· Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols of the company and local agencies (OSHA, HIOSH)

· Communication with clients, GCs, or owners as necessary to complete projects

· Lead and participate in a variety of sales events

· Other duties

Qualifications:

· Must have 5 years of Estimating experience in the construction industry

· Prior roofing estimating experience is a plus

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to read, interpret and quantify construction drawings and specifications

· Computer competent, including MS office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)

· Strong skills in math, writing, communications & negotiations

· Valid Hawaii Driver’s License

· Regular in-office attendance is required
