A beautiful, peaceful day spa in Dillards Department Store in the MacArthur Center is seeking talented, professional and reliable Estheticians to provide natural skin and wax care services for our guests.
We are looking for the best and brightest with a service heart, proficient in facials, waxing and body treatments and a passion for making look and feel amazing. Aveda experience is a plus! Dillards salon & spa is a career salon & spa where you can grow to work in one place with an amazing steady paycheck and benefits. You have the opportunity to earn up to a $1600 Bonus!

*Candidates are expected to meet or exceed service and retail objectives
* Valid and current Virginia state license, as required * Must have a clientele.
* Excellent interpersonal, oral communication and listening skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong guest and team relationships.
* Stay up to date on skincare products & practices.
* Maintain clean and sanitary treatment rooms under state guidelines.
