Aesthetics By KM is seeking 2 talented and motivated NYS Licensed Estheticians to join our team! Aesthetics By KM is dedicated to providing our clients with first class service and result-driven treatments!

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of treatments such as facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, hydrodermabrasion.

Must have extensive knowledge of skin types, skin conditions, potential allergies and contraindications.

Must be able to conduct thorough consultations and skin analysis with clients to assess their skin concerns/needs and develop customized treatment plans.

Recommend and sell retail products

Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, modalities and advancements in the aesthetic industry.

Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Requirements:

Must hold a current NYS Esthetician or Cosmetology License as required by state and local requirements.

1-3 years' of prior experience

Have a passion for skincare, client service and working with people

Possess excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

Be professional, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as part of a team.

Ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights and weekends

Ability to receive and provide feedback.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour + tips and commission on retail sales
