The ERP System Administrator serves as a liaison between the Finance and Technology teams and third-party providers. The successful candidate will be the key lead for administering the Oracle Cloud ERP system, and will have broad responsibilities across daily support, periodic upgrades, user management, security roles, and compliance. This position will be the primary technical expert working with the external implementation team and internal functional team on Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:
  • Plays an integral role in the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP (currently in process):
o Work with implementation team on configurations, technical aspects of integrations, data conversion, data migration and other duties, as necessary
  • Functions as the central point of contact for all user issues related to Oracle Cloud ERP:
o Set up users
o Assist users with personalization, mobile features, report scheduling and processing
o Add Infolets and reports to User Dashboards
o Password resets
o Roles and responsibilities
o Set up queries
o Update configurations and list values
o Maintain workflow approval configurations (e.g. for changes in approvers)
o Guide users with On-line training and also perform one-on-one training
o Optimize continued system knowledge for all users by conducting refresher training for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and, Procurement
o For new associates – develop an onboarding ERP training program
o Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve internal Helpdesk inquiries/issues
o Create custom reports – based on requirements from accounting team.
o Provide security around custom report modifications – ensure key reports are locked from user modifications, govern all changes to reports (create a process to obtain receipt of change form which should be signed off properly)
  • Maintains integrations (Oracle Integration Cloud knowledge is a plus.)
  • Works with IT to develop new necessary integrations between 3rd party systems and Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Maintains audit controls for system access and change management
  • Evaluates Oracle periodic releases and related functionality and reports on same
  • Oracle periodic upgrades - performs impact assessments, meets with users and collaborates on test design to ensure all required testing is performed prior to upgrade deployment
  • Develops test scripts and manages execution of tests as applicable (system administrator may be accountable for certain tests and consulted on others)
  • Monitors Oracle Customer Connect for valuable information and feedback
  • Maintains documentation for ERP configurations, technical objects, and procedures
  • Adheres to and understands segregation of duties controls in accordance with company defined standards and policies
  • Documents and reports on user access, segregation of duties, role configuration, procedures, and processes
  • Assists with annual audit for any ERP related deliverables as requested by external auditors
  • Assists internal auditors for any ERP related requests
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services required, or four (4) years of equivalent and related working experience accepted in lieu of education requirement
  • 3+ years Oracle Cloud ERP Administration experience
  • 3+ years’ experience with supporting system development, integration and testing of ERP applications
    Preferred: Oracle Cloud Platform Systems Management Certified
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Works well with all levels of associates, from executive level to associates in centers
    Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed
