RESPONSIBILITIES
Techno functional experience, ideally working with large & complex implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP and R12.
In depth knowledge of functional domains with Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance, Intercompany Accounting, Subledger Accounting SLA, Tax Management, Financial Consolidation ,FAH.
Must have at least one previous implementation with Oracle fusion Cloud Financials.
Experienced in Oracle Smart view reports and FRS reports.
Experienced in performing analysis and functional configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and support global team.
Ability to depict end-to-end business processes, integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization.
Good finance and accounting knowledge.
Good to have knowledge in Oracle Cloud BI / OTBI reports.
Work with Oracle support by opening SRs and implementing solutions.
Troubleshoot issues with applications.
Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle - requirements, design, build / configuration, test, and deploy
Ability to Configure Oracle Financial applications in Cloud and setup BPM workflows.
Contributing to the technical design and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping).
Experience in the implementation lifecycle of Oracle ERP Cloud project and AMS projectsExperience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, CRPs, functional configuration, testing, business user training.
Experience of Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
Understanding of File based data import and export
Experience with EPM application support/development
Full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud EPBCS and FCCS in a retail, multi-location environment
Experience supporting Hyperion On-Prem
Also will be responsible for the on-going support of the Oracle EPM Cloud Applications, which includes EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS
Partner with the business to understand their processes and challenges and provide solutions that address their pain points and align with the Inspire model
Work collaboratively with peers in IT and the business to provide the best solution options that fit within the Inspire framework and strategic direction
Work with Oracle Support to address software issues that are encountered within the application, as well as with other 3rd party partners Oracle integrates with
Strong working knowledge of the Cloud ERP reporting tools, SQL, Java, Soap/Rest APIs, integration cloud service and BI Publisher
Provide excellent customer service by exhibiting strong communication skills, ownership, accountability and expedient response to inquiries
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
Minimum: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related area
Preferred: PMP Certification or some level of training on Project Management Principles
6-10 years Implementing and supporting Oracle financial applications, preferably in a retail environment
2 full lifecycles of implementing Oracle Financial Cloud

Knowledge of ADFDI and FBDI Spreadsheets
Has fair knowledge of integration between Oracle SaaS and OIC
Knowledge of BIP Reports, OTBI Report
Ability to run advanced queries using tools such as Toad, as well as a basic understanding of Oracle table structures and data models
Proficient in the following technologies:

PLSQL
VBCS/ BI Reports
Experience working with decentralized teams, vendors and offshore development teams
Ability to maintain composure in highly stressful situations
