Equipment Technician
Job description
Our company, Merion Landscape Services, is an infrastructure management team specialized in roadside mowing in and around Tampa, FL. We provide our services in Mid-Florida counties including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, and Pasco.
We are searching for a Power Equipment Technician to join our team. All applicants for this position must live in Tampa or in a nearby area like Brandon, Riverview, Temple Terrace, Town ‘N’ Country, or Carrollwood.
Our Power Equipment Technicians work on the following:
- Fleet vehicles
- Small engines
- 2-cycle engines
- Tractors
- Skid steers
- Heavy equipment
Power Equipment Technician Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of diesel mechanics, or prior experience as a mechanic
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification (preferred)
- Technical training (preferred)
- Prior experience with equipment repair
- Reliable transportation to and from our location in Tampa, FL
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $20 - 40/hr, depending on experience
- Paid holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
