Overview:
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-Time Environmental Aide for the OR Support Staff at Overlook Medical Center to work 7AM-3PM.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- The EVS supports the OR workflow ensuring surgical procedures and clinical care areas are prepared within schedule expectations.
- They are utilized to assist with preparing, handling, and arranging necessary equipment and carts for cases, facilitate patient movement, room turnover, and various tasks as assigned.
Minimum Education:
- High School diploma or GED required
Minimum Experience:
- Exposure to healthcare environments preferred
- Will consider candidate with no previous experience
Qualifications:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English, solid work history, prior institutional housekeeping experience preferred
- Must be able to lift, push, pull 50 lbs
