Job description

Must-haves

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
* 1+ years of hands-on experience with installation, repair, troubleshooting or set-up of devices (security cameras, alarm systems, Network/WiFi, wires or cabling, phones, tablets, ATMs, printers, etc.)
* Current valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation to transport necessary tools and equipment
* Customer service skills and professionalism over the phone and in person
* Ability to work under general supervision and independently at multiple customer sites on a daily basis
* Comfortable with computers, basic Microsoft Suite, Smartphone devices (mostly for documentation and scheduling)

Day-to-Day

We are looking for hands-on technicians to support one of the country's largest security companies. These techs will be responsible for managing a queue of customer requests and driving from location to location to perform installation and/or service work. This person will be expected to climb to certain heights as needed for proper installation of equipment, and use various tools as needed to make sure installations are up to customer specifications and our clients' code. Technicians will also be responsible for tracking inventory and equipment properly and reporting back to leadership, as necessary. They will also be able to make commission off in-person upselling while working on residential projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
