MAMAC Systems, Inc. is a global manufacturer of sensors, transducers and IoT data loggers, meters and control devices for the HVAC industry. We have been in business for more than 40 years and sell our products world-wide to our valued customers.

We are looking for an accountant to handle all day-to-day activities plus month end responsibilities. Full-time or part-time, permanent position available. Part-time hours are flexible between 8am and 5pm - 30 hours per week. This is a good position for a recent graduate or bookkeeper who enjoys a well-rounded accounting position.

Responsibilities:

• A/P: Process accounts payable invoices and work with vendors and purchasing to resolve discrepancies.
• A/R: Submit customer invoices via mail, e-mail, or on-line systems. Bank deposits and cash application. Light business to business collections.
• Fixed Assets: Tagging and tracking new equipment purchases.
• G/L: Journal entries, bank reconciliations, COGS for US corporate headquarters as well as three international subsidiary locations.
• Sales & Use Tax: Calculate and file MN and 3 international subsidiaries.

Requirements:

• Professional communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong computer foundation
• High attention to detail
