How to Apply

First, complete a city job application on City's website. Then, complete the NTN and ORPAT testing provided by the National Testing Network (NTN) by following instructions below. Applicants are responsible for contacting NTN and arranging for their own testing. The test results must be submitted through NTN, attached screen shots will not be accepted.

To schedule the required NTN testing, go to NTN's website. Select Law Enforcement and sign up for Woodburn Police Department. If you already have a valid and current test (taken within 12 months of your application date), you may submit it instead of taking NTN again, through NTN.

ORPAT is scheduled separately. To schedule ORPAT, go to ORPAT testinglink and schedule a test. If you already have a current ORPAT score (taken within 12 months of your application date), you may submit it instead of taking ORPAT again by attaching it to your application at the City's website. ORPAT results submitted need to be complete with dummy drag and officially signed.

Out of state candidates: If you have a valid and current PAT test from another State, you may submit your score by attaching it to your City application, or submit through NTN.
