We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, a well-established and successful organisation boasting some distinguished and well-known household brands.
We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a Planner to join their highly supportive and close-knit team based in Peterborough.
As a Planner, the successful candidate will take ownership of a team of engineers within an assigned area. You will plan their working day taking into account their location, ability, qualifications etc
A full, comprehensive, and tailored training programme is provided to all successful candidates.
An effective Planner will have a natural ability to multitask, a passion for helping people and the ability to find solutions for any issues, always keeping the customer at the forefront.
Being organised and able to flex and adapt to change is vital, as is the ability to work well with a diverse team and customer base.
This is a busy, fast paced role where no two days are the same and will give you the opportunity to really kick start a long-term career within a fantastic organisation. There are always opportunities to move within the company and learn different skills and roles whilst developing a long term and successful career.

- A starting salary of £19,114 per annum with annual pay reviews
- A full, comprehensive and dedicated training programme is provided
- Working hours: Alternate shifts every week.
Shift 1: Monday – Thursday 730am – 4pm Fridays 730am – 330pm
Shift 2: Monday – Thursday 830am – 5pm Fridays 830am – 430pm
1 in 7 Saturdays 8am – 1215pm
- 25 days annual leave with the opportunity to earn an additional 5 days if you have no absence over the 12 months
- No compulsory working on Bank Holidays
