Hours:
- Monday - Friday flexible day time hours between 8am - 3pm, up to 25 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone in polite professional manner.
- Handling Accounts Receivable
- Assist with scheduling jobs and estimates.
- Monthly billing and process credit cards.
- Customer courtesy calls.
- Filing
Experience with
- Microsoft Windows and Excel
- Customer Service skills
