Culture Marketing is urgently hiring a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team, help with day-to-day operations, and continue to grow within our industry! The ideal candidate will have some relevant experience and a passion for helping the company to grow. We believe in a no-seniority policy regarding promotion and progression, and individuals will have a fair opportunity to move beyond the marketing assistant manager position once their qualifications have been met.

Our Marketing Assistant will be responsible for daily marketing tasks such as handling events and promotions, updating our client material, training, and ensuring that our customers have an excellent experience at our events. We work with multiple clients with many opportunities within this organization focusing on charities, Fortune 500, and numerous growth industries.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain brand loyalty through excellent customer engagement

Managing one or more marketing campaigns in the local territory through promotional marketing events

Maintain current product knowledge and event promotions of our client portfolio's

Help to research new marketing ideas

Help create marketing literature such as brochures, pamphlets, and hand-outs

Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently

Team Management - Run reports and decide on strategies for team development

Organize, schedule, and take notes of meetings and phone conversations

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years+ with High School Degree / GED; College students are welcome!

Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Personable, energetic, positive, and enjoy working with people

1-2 years of leadership experience in work, school, or sports (preferred)

Sport-minded people with ambitions to grow (nice to have)

Experience in sales or commission is a plus
