The Bowling Center Mechanic position will be responsible for the assisting the Facilities Maintenance Manger. The Bowling Center Mechanic is primarily responsible for the repair and operation of pinsetters, automatic scoring machines, lane maintenance, arcade machines and other facility equipment at the highest level of operating proficiency. The Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining service, safety, and security guidelines to maintain the quality and ethical standards set by All Star Bowling & Entertainment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining lanes, attractions, and aracde games
• Maintaining correct parts inventory by recording machine repairs and parts used
• Follows established Preventive maintenance program
• Must maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Will not allow non-trained personnel on or around safety sensitive equipment
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as required
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Must be 18 years of age
• Experience in Brunswick GSX Pinsetters preferred but not required
• Interest and/or knowledge of Bowling and Mechanical operations preferred
• Ability to maintain professional, courteous, and effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and outside business contacts.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions and judgement in keeping with the level of the position
• Ability to understand, follow and maintain safety standards at all times
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Walk or stand for extended periods of time.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center environment where high levels of noise, dust, and physical activity can be expected.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
• Perform functions that require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and stocking up to 50lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
