Enterprise Infrastructure Support System Administrator I
Job description
Salary: Up to $160K, based on education and experience
Security Requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance w/FS Poly
Location: National Business Park, MD
Education: A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and five (5) years' experience as a systems administrator (SA) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Certifications: DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I or higher is required.
Job Description: Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information technology (IT) systems. Respond to requests for new systems to meet capacity and user requirements; and determine required power, space, cooling, and funding to meet these goals.
Experience/Individual Capabilities Required: Additional Domain Experience:
- Computer Network Operations - Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in Modern operating systems and network architectures.
- Information Assurance - Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in certification and accreditation. Architecture development and design. Risk Assessments. IA Metrics gathering.
- Ability to work independently and in groups to complete tasks bounded by constraints.
- Ability to track progress against established baselines to resolve technical challenges and meet customer expectations.
