Responsibilities:
Summary
Ensuring that our organization is compliant with all relevant regulations and policies, managing risk, and developing and implementing effective governance strategies. This role involves a high level of collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, finance, and operations.

The Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (EGRC) Analyst has the following duties:

  • Develop, implement and maintain enterprise-wide policies and procedures related to governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that policies and procedures are aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on compliance and risk management issues.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans to minimize risk exposure.
  • Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards and provide reports to senior management.
  • Provide change management oversight to ensure that changes to policies and procedures are implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct audits of internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees are aware of policies, procedures, and best practices related to governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of policies, procedures, and controls, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes, emerging risks, and best practices related to governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance in a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and standards related to governance, risk management, and compliance, such as Sarbanes-Oxley, GDPR, ISO 27001/2, etc.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and business needs
