We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Program Manager to lead our Federal Enterprise Data Warehouse Operation and Modernization Effort. The successful candidate will oversee a team of 25+ DBAs, ETL developers, Data Scientists, and specialized Administrators in running current operations while also planning for and migrating our on-premises data warehouse solution to the Azure or AWS cloud. The Program Manager must have a solid technical background, be familiar with Oracle DB, Golden Gate, Informatica, OBIEE, and Tableau, and have experience working with government clients.

- Manage the overall delivery of the Federal Enterprise Data Warehouse project, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage the overall delivery of the Federal Enterprise Data Warehouse Modernization project, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead a team of technical experts, including DBA's, ETL developers, Data Scientists, and specialized Administrators, to ensure that all project deliverables are completed to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government clients, stakeholders, and project partners, and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and any issues that arise.
- Manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact on the project schedule and budget.
- Oversee the migration of the data warehouse solution from an on-premises environment to the Azure or AWS cloud, ensuring that all data and systems are transitioned effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure that the new cloud-based data warehouse solution is fully integrated with other IT systems and processes, and that it meets the evolving needs of our clients.
- Manage the production of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Ensure that the data warehouse solution is aligned with the overall IT strategy of the organization, and that it is integrated with other IT systems and processes as appropriate.
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on data warehousing and business intelligence solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle DB, Golden Gate, Informatica, OBIEE, Tableau, and cloud-based solutions, such as Azure or AWS.
- Proven experience in leading and managing large, complex IT projects, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with government clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
- Ability to manage project risks and issues, and to develop contingency plans to minimize their impact on the project schedule and budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Experience working in a government environment and knowledge of government regulations and standards is desirable.
- Experience leading cloud migrations, particularly from on-premises solutions to Azure or AWS, is highly desirable.
- MUST BE ONSITE IN DC OFFICE TWICE A WEEK. Otherwise, the other days are REMOTE.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
