Copper River Infrastructure Services is seeking a Energy Program Specialist in Lakehurst, NJ.
NAVFAC is responsible for implementing sound, cost-effective energy and water management practices to enhance the energy security, independence, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, travel, material, and equipment necessary to perform this contract task order, with the exception of government furnished material
- Comply with any and all technical, schedule, or financial requirements or constraints attendant to the performance of this contract
- Support energy programs to ensure site-specific solutions maximize resource efficiency and comply with current legislation
- Manage the total work effort associated with the services required herein to meet the performance objectives and standards
- Planning, scheduling, energy accounting, report preparation, establishing and maintaining records, safety compliance, environmental compliance, and quality control
- Provide staff with the necessary management expertise to ensure performance objectives and standards are met
- Provide a CEM to provide EPS services at each installation requested within the NAVFAC
- Shall provide certification evidence to the KO for each CEM providing EPS services at each installation
- Conduct and participate in meeting
- Answering CNIC or NAVFAC data calls
- Participates in working groups and regional work shops
- Review goals data and identify program requirement
- Collaborate to accomplish energy goals across the installation and region
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and 5 years experience within the energy management field.
- Active Secret Clearance
