What is Good 2 Go?

Good-2-Go Oregon is Central Oregon's premiere community-based support program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services are provided in the areas of Employment Supports, Life Skills Supports, and Community Inclusion.

What is a Job Coach.

Good-2-Go is hiring a Job Coach to support clients in maintaining their employment. Job coaching typically involves providing a client with on-site job skills training, clarifying their position and employer expectations, supporting clear communication with the employer and coworkers, and supporting the client in meeting their employment goals.

This job coach will help clients in the far East region of the Portland metro, roughly from Sandy to Troutdale.

Qualified applicants:

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Show solid organization and multitasking capabilities,
• Type approximately 40 wpm,
• Are Proficient in Google Platform,
• Demonstrate the ability for creative problem solving

Job Requirements:

• Be able to pass a criminal background check,
• Be able to obtain a First-Aid/CPR certification within 90-days of employment,
• Have reliable and insured personal vehicles to use during services (with travel/mileage reimbursement), and
• Have a reliable smartphone which can be used in the field.

General Schedule

• Good-2-Go is looking for a Part-Time staff member:
• Typical work hours are flexible between the hours of 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday-Friday, may include occasional weekends and evenings

Compensation:

• Starting rate between $18.00 - 19.00 / hr (DOE)
• Paid Time off
• Reimbursement for auto repairs and maintenance
• Paid Time and Miles between clients ($0.50 per mile)

Other Info:

• All services take place during the day shift, on weekdays (Monday - Friday). This role does NOT have night or weekend shifts.
• Roughly 30 hours/wk
