Job Summary:

The Employment Services Coordinator is an non-supervisory leadership position, responsible for being a direct link between clients, staff, and management.

You will help both clients and staff learn and grow with an outcome of assisting individuals to advance their own potential.

Shifts:
Typical Monday-Friday with possibility of some evening and/or weekend work.

We are looking for Full Time Employment Services Coordinator in our Community Services in the Oak Harbor and Island County area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or closely allied field, or a High School Diploma/GED with 2 years related experience in applicable field
• Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check

Licensing and Certifications:

• Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance
• Covid-19 Vaccination: this position requires proof of vaccination

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with marginalized identities
