Key Role:

Collaborate and consult with Employee Relations (ER) team members and other applicable functional groups to correctly identify the appropriate routing of ER inquiries coming in from various employees across the company to the correct team within ER, Help Desk, or the Employee Care Center as appropriate. Conduct intakes with reporters to determine the nature of concerns and routing to the appropriate resources periodically. Correspond with employees, Security Services, and other parties related to incidents escalated under the Mandatory Reporting and Non-Retaliation Policy to ensure compliance with the firm’s reporting requirements. Respond to requests for Good Standing and Vetting of employees from teams at the firm, including Corporate Affairs, Ethics and Compliance, Appreciation and Awards, LET, and strategic integrators. Provide support to the ER team for specialized requests and standard processes, as needed. Provide support with scheduling events and meetings, including training workshops and leadership meetings. Gain knowledge across People Services Operational teams to build cross-functional learning and understand the work.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in the HR field, including identifying and resolving employee concerns

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with various levels of staff

  • Ability to demonstrated professionalism and discretion performing multiple duties

  • Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information and data from multiple sources and summarize findings concisely and clearly in writing and presentations

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with CounselLink, Navex, and Workday systems

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources

  • HR Certification, including PHR or SPHR

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $41,200.00 to $84,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
