Part-time role: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
Summary:
The Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for helping create, send, and monitor email campaigns in Act On. This role will help support the marketing team to execute multiple email campaigns, and support the internal team requests. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Email Marketing Supervisor and Senior VP of Strategy & Marketing. This role plays a collaborative and integrated part in KTA’s overall marketing strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the Email Marketing Supervisor with managing daily operations of email marketing software Act On.
- Support with creating, and uploading templates into Act On. Run email tests, add tracking, and seek approval from internal teams.
- Check, start, and stop automated programs to ensure communications are running properly.
- Create, schedule, and ensure WebEx meetings are functioning and running.
- Help maintain the email campaign/deployment calendar.
- Proofread emails for clarity, spelling, and accurate content.
- Make sure information in Salesforce is up-to-date.
- Stay up to date on email best practices.
- Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, eager to learn, collaborative, and highly organized.
- Knowledge of principles and best practices of email marketing preferred but not required.
- Experience with marketing automation software preferred but not required.
