We are a family-owned and operated cleaning company in Traverse City. Our goal is to provide the best service in our industry while providing you with an excellent work environment that will allow your career growth. We are in need of one Part-time 5-6 hours/day Monday-Friday to clean 2 accounts in Elk Rapids. A flexible schedule is available. Pay will depend on experience and qualifications. Up to $1,300 Signing bonus offered after a successful 90-day probationary period of employment.

Cleans, inspects, and maintains all areas of the facility including but not limited to offices, public areas, overnight rooms, restroom facilities, etc. Perform cleaning duties as assigned by a supervisor or lead manager in accordance with company policies & procedures; perform routine maintenance on equipment such as vacuums, shampoos, scrubbers, dusters, etc. Maintain a clean work area according to safety standards.

Detailed job duties include, but not limited to:

• Cleans, disinfects and maintains all areas of the facility including, but not limited to: countertops, floors, sinks, windowsills, walls, ceilings, vents, phones, furniture, etc.
• Cleans assigned areas using cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, scrubbers, dusters, carpet strippers, floor polishers, trash cans, etc

Qualification

• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability and willingness for continuous improvement in cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials used on the job site.
• Strong communication skills with both customers and supervisory staff; ability to work independently as well as being flexible when needed by customers or overtime.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be willing/able to pass a drug screen (no alcohol-related convictions)
• 18+ years of age
• Hold a valid Driver's License, along with an insured vehicle.
• Must be willing/able to pass a background check.
• COVID-19 Vacinnation required
