Position Summary

Trideum Corporation has an opening for an Electrical Engineer to work on Modeling and Simulation projects. This position is located in Huntsville, AL supporting one or more efforts. This is a full-time position supporting company programs and contracts at the US Army Redstone Test Center (RTC).

Duties: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with the Modeling & Sim Stimulation team in the development of stimulation tools, processes and methodologies used for creating wrap around environments in the testing of weapons systems, system of systems, and components.
• Contribute to the building of wrap-around test environments for use in testing of weapons systems in the Cybersecurity Vulnerability Assessment Test Environment (CVATE)
• Develop various tools in support of the CVATE stimulation & wrap-around tool suite, collaborating with government SME’s, system engineers, cybersecurity software engineers, instrumentation engineers and software developers
• Support weapons system test event conduct and preparation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience using and developing instrumentation tools
• Working ability with C#, C++, and Python
• Working ability with TCP/IP networking
• Experience with RF system operation
• Experience interfacing with hardware
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• If required by the US Government, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, except in limited circumstances where legally entitled to an accommodation.
• Active DoD Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in instrumentation and test
• Army aviation
• Avionics operation and/or maintenance
• BFT, Link 16 and/or Tactical Networks
• RF system design and development
• Software defined radios
• Digital signal processing
• GNU radio
• COMSEC
