We are looking for an Electrical Engineer in Atlanta, GA for a direct-hire position.

Requirements:

· Bachelor of Science Degree (BS, BA) in Electrical, Structural Mechanical or Civil Engineering required. Prior internship with utility experience preferred.

· 2-4 years’ experience with an electrical utility preferred.

· At least 1 year with a construction management estimating system preferred.

· Ability to write business correspondence and communicate effectively. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from other managers, clients, customers, and local permitting agencies.

· Experience in writing and executing switching orders is preferred.

· Working knowledge of the local power utility design and estimating systems are highly desired and preferred.

· Working knowledge of OH and UG fiber optic and other telecommunication distribution means is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
