Job Description
We are currently seeking a Safety, Health and Environmental Manager to report to the Factory Manager and be based in Zephyrhills, FL.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Safety and Health strategies, programs, systems and plans
• Develops Safety and Health best in class programs, systems and processes, including training and coaching to establish clear procedures on SHE measures and precautions in accordance with ISO 45000 and other relevant internal and external standards.
• Develop and maintain appropriate regulatory and internal Safety and Health audit protocols that ensure corporate and all Operations are in compliance with company and regulatory agencies' policies pertaining to Safety, Health and Environmental Sustainability.
• Directs company-wide functional Safety and Health programs and acts as internal subject matter expert in those areas.
• Active sponsor for implementation of Safety and Health aspects of BlueTriton Brands Continuous Excellence (BCE). Works through established systems, applies related tools. Builds effective, functioning networks across the factories to provide support ensure common understanding to drive specific issues.
• Safety and Health project management
• Lead the management of select Company SHE projects. Assemble and manage teams of internal and external expert resources to enhance safety, health and wellness for all.
• SHE Staff support training and capability building
• Serve as T&P/SC Safety and Health counsel to support other leaders of business/function/category.
• Provide coaching and training to, and regularly interact with, organizational leaders and SHE experts in SHE leadership and functionally related areas. Responsible for training and capability building of SHE facility/regional experts in collaboration with Corporate SHE business/category/functional leads. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health and Environmental; Master's degree preferred 5+ years in managing large scale, multi-site SHE initiatives
• 8-10 years leading a progressive multi-site SHE program
• Ability to serve as Champion for BlueTriton Brands/BTB SHE programs and initiatives
• Ability to coach, support and develop field SHE professionals and operational leaders relative to SHE
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs deployed
• Experience successfully engaging senior leaders and stakeholders
• SHE experience within an operational/industrial environment
• Experience in a beverage, food or other clean manufacturing environment and familiarity with key regulations
• Knowledge and exposure to Continuous Improvement (TPM, Six Sigma, Lean), and various problem solving methodologies
• Ability to build and foster relationships both internally and externally
• Experience leading, training, motivating, coaching and developing individuals and large teams
• Experience with Change Management principles and leading and implementing change
• Advanced knowledge of using Excel for data analysis (creating formulas, using pivot tables, lookups)
• ISO Management System for SHE knowledge and experience a plus
• Understanding and knowledge of Industry best practices through Conferences, Workshops, Networks, etc.
