Educator
Job description
Seeking a full-time Educator for our Home Care Aides: $55 - 75K / year salary paid every 2 weeks with Health Benefits, PTO, 401K. Excellent office culture and a Management Team that has your back!
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm
- Provides caregiver education in a classroom setting
- Provides on-the-job real time education to caregivers in client’s homes
- Management of our internal learning management system including assigning and tracking initial and ongoing caregiver education
- Budget management of all education related costs/expenses
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in training and education
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
- Able to quickly onboard to additional computer software systems such as our home care management software (Well Sky) and learning management software (Relias)
- Able to track attendance and performance of students enrolled
- Current and valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Self-direction with exceptional communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- College or professional degree
- Formal education in training and education
- Experience in curriculum development and management
- Experience in training a diverse student population
