The overall responsibility of a Regional Educator is to build and maintain a solid professional relationship with salon owners, managers, and stylists. The training delivered includes technical, product, guest experience, sales leadership, and management curriculum.
- Build positive business relationships with owners, managers, stylists, beauty schools, vendors, and the FS® team.
- Provide support and direction to the franchisees to insure consistency in the operations, guest experience, and overall branding of the business.
- Coordinate and teach foundational and advanced techniques to both small and large groups.
- Conduct Beauty School presentations for brand awareness.
- Stay current on industry trends and advanced techniques; promote and model continuous learning.
- Establish a visitation schedule and communicate regularly with owners to provide ongoing support and information.
- Provide additional guidance and training on available tools, resources, and systems.
Success in this role requires certain qualifications, abilities, and skills.
- Minimum of 5+ years in a field operations-oriented leadership role within the hair industry.
- Valid cosmetology license; instructor license preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Advanced facilitation skillset with the ability to present in person and virtually.
- Situational leadership and ability to be flexible to the needs of the business.
- Customer-centric and an impeccable standard of personal accountability.
- Able to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Work with and near chemicals as part of the salon industry.
