Hours: Part time up to 25 hours, flexible schedule. Availability needed to 8:30pm on some weekdays, and potentially Saturdays.

What a typical day can look like:

• Managing front office and monitoring daily center activities
• Training, scheduling and supervising part-time teachers
• Reviewing student programs to assess progress and making alterations to programs when needed to ensure academic achievement
• Meeting with school teachers and guidance counselors
• Conducting monthly follow-up parent and student conferences
• Participating in community and school-based marketing activities
• Teaching students

A successful candidate must have:

• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
• 1-3 years of management, customer service, and/or education experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• Detail oriented yet able to organize and create efficiencies
• Collaborative approach and focus on team building
• Self motivation and initiative to create a supportive learning environment for our students
• Enthusiasm for helping kids achieve their personal goals

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
